Karachi: Bahria Town Karachi 2 had a grand and successful launch in New Year 2023 along with the inauguration of several construction projects. On the beautiful evening of February 14, the ground-breaking Masjid-e-Mahmood commencement ceremony was held in Sector D of Bahria Town Karachi 2.
The foundation stone of the mosque was laid by Chief Guest, the country head, Mr. Shahid Mehmood Qureshi. Management of Bahria Town Karachi, Real Estate, and respected media personalities participated in the event.
The first mosque of Bahria Town Karachi 2, Masjid-e-Mahmood will be built on an area of about 4.88 acres, which includes the mosque building and parking area. The size of its dome will be 225 feet while the individual height of the two minarets of the mosque will be 150 feet. Along the main hall in the mosque, there will be a special arrangement for female worshipers. There will be a capacity of approximately 5800 worshipers in Mahmood Mosque.
Imported marble will be used for the Mosque decor & there will be an excellent arrangement of ablution rooms and toilets as well. There will be space for 172 vehicles at a time in the car parking. As promised, Bahria Town Karachi 2 is being built on modern lines to exceed the expectations of people.
